Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the total of your services. "No call/no shows" are charged 100% of the total of your services. "No show" clients who don't pay the fee are responsible for the total amount due in order to rebook and must prepay future appointments. We really dislike charging our clients for services they did not receive, but this charge is necessary to compensate the staff and practitioners who prepared for your appointment and work so hard to make our clients' experiences a success. We are happy to help you get rescheduled when your plans change suddenly, but please respect the time and professionalism of our staff.
